Microsoft recognises that most organisations have a set of users who require limited access to the sales application and just need to perform simple tasks like updating a record, so they do not require full user capabilities. What are the licensing rules for D365 Sales?

Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and Dynamics 365 Sales Professional offer different capabilities. It is not possible to deploy both Enterprise and Professional in the same environment.

Can we migrate from Sales Professional to Sales Enterprise?

Previously covered, Dynamics 365 Sales Professional is targeted at businesses that have simpler sales needs and do not require full sales capabilities. However, if at any point you find your requirements growing, you can easily upgrade to Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise. Microsoft has recognised that many sales teams often use LinkedIn Sales Navigator as such they have released a license that covers this: Microsoft Relationship Sales, priced at £133.20 this license is a combination of Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Enterprise.

Is Sales Copilot included in Dynamics 365 Sales?
