- NatureMetrics previously used Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, however, it faced challenges due to the over-customisation of the system
- Usability of the previous set-up presented challenges from a user perspective; users found it difficult to navigate the data in the system, making them less productive in daily tasks
- Lack of structure within the system impacted management reporting and the ability to gain key insights, particularly around the business development pipeline
- Wanted to integrate with Dynamics 365 Business Central and faced limitations due to the data set-up
- Required a solution that not only fits current processes, but can adapt and grow with the organisation as expansion continues
- Re-architected the Dynamics 365 Sales system, following more structured processes to enable NatureMetrics to adopt standard features like Product and Pricelists, Quotes, Discounts, etc.
