  • Survey Integration: Implemented Dynamics 365 Customer Voice for sending course surveys, replacing the manual process of using Google Forms.
  • SharePoint Integration: Store relevant documentation against contacts and courses.
  • Centralised Portal Access: Created a space within the system to centralise access to various required portals.
  • Robust Reporting Setup: Real-time data refresh for daily insights and automated report generation for the Department for Education (DfE).
