 Discovery and Planning:

After assessing Brand Finance’s requirements, Pragmatiq implemented a tailored solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations, extending the functionality already in use with Dynamics 365 Sales.

 Execution:

  • Dynamics 365 Project Operations: Configured to support end-to-end project management, including time registration, milestone invoicing, resource scheduling, and capacity management.
  • Resource scheduling: Utilised standard resource skills and competency features within Dynamics 365 to automate resource scheduling, supported by a resource scheduling board for visualising bookings and capacity.
  • RAID log entity: Developed to track risks and issues for each project and custom project milestones, with automated email notifications for finance when a milestone is ready to invoice.
  • Microsoft 365 integration: Established integration with Microsoft 365 (Word, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) to enhance cross-department collaboration and efficiency.
  • Extended Dynamics 365 Sales: Reviewed and re-architected the existing Dynamics 365 Sales system to align with project operations and best practices.
