We’re excited to introduce Pragmatiq’s new AI Transformation Practice, bringing together specialist expertise in AI strategy, adoption, governance, value realisation and delivery under a dedicated practice led by Jacob Beckingham-Wells.
Over the last few years, we’ve helped organisations embrace innovation through Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio and more recently, Business Central. As AI has continued to evolve, so have the conversations we’re having with clients, prospects and partners.
While interest in AI has grown rapidly, many organisations are still trying to work out what it means for them in practice.
Some have invested in Microsoft Copilot but haven’t seen the adoption they expected. Others are experimenting with AI tools but struggling to identify where they can create the greatest value. For some, concerns around governance, ownership and risk are slowing progress. For others, leadership teams are asking for an AI roadmap, while the people responsible for delivering it are still trying to work out where to begin.
Across all of these conversations, one theme keeps emerging: organisations understand AI’s potential, but many don’t yet have the clarity, structure or support needed to turn that potential into meaningful business outcomes.
With the introduction of our AI Transformation Practice and the addition of Jacob to the team, we’re expanding the support we can provide around AI. Building on our existing Microsoft and AI expertise, we’re now able to help organisations much earlier in their journey; helping organisations identify practical opportunities where AI can create value quickly, while supporting the longer-term strategy, governance and adoption needed for lasting success.
Building on our existing AI capabilities
AI isn’t new to Pragmatiq. We’ve already been helping organisations improve productivity, streamline processes and unlock value through Microsoft’s AI capabilities as part of wider digital transformation initiatives.
The AI Transformation Practice builds on those foundations, extending the support we provide beyond implementation and into areas such as strategy, readiness, adoption, governance and value realisation.
This means organisations can access support across the full AI journey, from identifying opportunities and assessing readiness through to delivering solutions and measuring impact.
“We’re delighted to welcome Jacob to Pragmatiq and launch our AI Transformation Practice. Jacob’s experience in AI strategy and transformation complements the expertise we’ve built across Microsoft’s technology ecosystem and solution delivery. As organisations look to understand how AI can support broader digital transformation initiatives, we’re in a stronger position than ever to help them identify opportunities, drive adoption and realise long-term value.” – Stuart Goldwater, Managing Director
Helping organisations move from AI ambition to measurable value
Most organisations recognise AI’s potential.
What they’re often struggling with is knowing where to start.
Some are exploring Microsoft Copilot for the first time. Others are considering AI agents, looking to improve Copilot adoption or trying to understand where AI can make the biggest impact across the organisation.
No two organisations are at the same stage of their AI journey, which is why our AI Transformation Practice is designed to meet organisations where they are. Whether the challenge is identifying opportunities, establishing governance, improving adoption, delivering AI solutions or demonstrating value, we help organisations move forward with clarity and confidence.
The practice brings together expertise across five key areas:
- AI Strategy & Transformation
- Security, Governance & Responsible AI
- AI Change & Adoption
- AI Innovation & Value
- AI Solutions Build & Delivery
Together, these capabilities help organisations move from identifying opportunities through to implementation, adoption and delivering practical business value.
“One of the biggest things we’re seeing is that organisations understand AI is important, but they’re often struggling with what comes next. They’re asking where to start, what to prioritise, how to get people using it and how to demonstrate value.
What attracted me to Pragmatiq is that the business already has a fantastic track record of helping organisations use Microsoft technology to drive meaningful change.
The AI Transformation Practice builds on those foundations, helping organisations navigate their AI journey, focus on the opportunities that will create the greatest impact, and realise practical value while they continue building for the future.” – Jacob Beckingham-Wells, AI Transformation Lead
Introducing the AI Readiness Assessment
Alongside the launch of the practice, we’re also introducing our new AI Readiness Assessment.
Designed to help organisations understand where they are today, the assessment reviews key areas including strategy, governance, security, adoption, data and organisational readiness, providing practical recommendations on what should happen next.
For organisations looking to better understand their current position and identify the most effective next steps, the AI Readiness Assessment provides a practical starting point.
